I gotta say, this is what I see for my next house. I have fallen in love with the prefab/modular look, especially with the southwestern landscaping. Lots of zeroscape, perched upon a hilltop with a few. Love the lap pool, and pretty much everything about it. This one is huge, 7k sqft and is currently for sale for $8m.
